Firstly, here's something you need to know:
Everything you perceive as your reality is simply a reflection of your inner self. Let me repeat: The outer world is simply a manifestation or projection of your inner world.
"As above, so below. As within, so without."
When you are calm within, you will experience a more coherent reality. When you are stressed or anxious, you will have a more chaotic experience.
When you meditate and have other spiritual practices (such as yoga, breathwork, etc.), you nurture your inner world where you can access peace, compassion and kindness. If you keep a regular & consistent practice, you will start to project that onto the outer world you are perceiving.
So let's say you're at a point in your life where you want to make a change, you have a vision for what you would like your life to be, but you feel stuck or unmotivated. Your mind has likely come up with reasons not to change: you may feel numb ("oh, I don’t really care about changing x y or z"), or you might feel fear ("don’t, you might get hurt or you might fail")… If you listen to the mind you will ultimately stay where you are. But deep down you know something has to change, and that's your soul speaking to you.
If you have trouble changing something in your life that you've identified is not supporting you, it is probably because your ego is resisting. This is because the ego likes its comfort zone and uses your mind to convince you nothing can change. However, through meditation you can practice quieting the mind. If you train the mind to be in service of the heart (your true self), you will find the answers you're looking for.
What is Manifestation?
Creating your reality (creating the feelings and images that you wish to feel/see in your life)
Consciously (through mindfulness, meditation and conscious changes in habits)
From the heart space (rather than from the mind/ego/fears/attachments))
Manifestation requires work. Why? Because you need to be intentional about your life, not reactive. You will have to stop reacting to what happens to you on a daily basis and start focusing on creating the life that you want.
Manifestation is NOT:
Dream boards only. It is nice to have visual references to remind you of your goals but if you don't act accordingly nothing will happen. Nothing changes if nothing changes.
Toxic positivity. (Pushing negative feelings down, not addressing negative thought patterns.)
Getting exactly what you want. You need to be open to what the Universe offers you, you might be attached to the image of manifesting a specific partner, house, or job position. If you do this you may be limiting yourself, becase you don’t have the capacity to see that what is truly possible for you is even greater than what you have envisioned.
Finally, you have to trust. If you are trusting of the Universe, you WILL find yourself in a dream reality that is beyond your expectations.
Remember: Meditation is a practice. Meditation is meant to bring you to an elevated state where you are able to feel peace, love, joy, and gratitude. Negative emotions (anger, judgement, fear) bring us down to a lower level of vibration, that is why staying in the frequency of love, gratitude, and joy is most important. So be kind to yourself. If you want to manifest something in your life, you need to access your higher vibration because that is how you access your dream future that your soul is longing for.

I've decided to work with TPK because I believe it is most important to share knowledge and inspire women of color to thrive.
In this workshop, I will guide you through exercises designed to help you let go of your ego's limitations (you'll learn what exactly is the ego), connect with your true self, and create the reality that you want.
